The Formal Affair

When Pamee said she wanted an upscale vibe for her engagement session I thought FINALLY! I have been waiting for the couple that says let's go all out. We set out to find the perfect venue for her vision, and Millennium Gate Museum fit the bill perfectly.

A LITTLE BACKGROUND ON OUR HISTORICAL GEM:

The Millennium Gate Museum, situated in the heart of Atlanta's Atlantic Station, is a hidden gem that pays homage to the city's history and culture. The gate itself, a 82-foot tall neoclassical arch, is a replica of the Arch of Titus in Rome, and it serves as a symbolic entryway into the city. Timing & Wardrobe:

Because we did a sunrise session, we started the session with Pamee & Austin's favorite outfit which was also the dressier of the two. I always want the client's favorite outfit to be worn during the best lighting, and the best lighting is always going to be the hour following sunrise, and the hour leading up to sunset.

For the first half of the session, the bride-to-be wore a stunning, floor-length black dress, adding a touch of sophistication and elegance. The groom complemented her perfectly with a tailored shirt/pant combo with a formal black tie. The choice of attire elevated the overall aesthetic of the shoot, creating a timeless and polished look.

For the second portion of the session the couple opted for a cocktail hour feel. The perfect combo with the varying levels of attire, both lending themselves to a more upscale, elegant vibe.
